Indoor Cabinetry
Kitchens, islands, vanities, libraries, and built-ins in premium hardwoods and veneers — designed to fit your space to the millimeter and finished to last a lifetime.
Sonoma, California · Made to Order
Bespoke indoor and outdoor cabinets and architectural wood carving — designed around your space and cut on our ShopSabre IS 408 CNC for a flawless, repeatable fit.
Bespoke, by definition
Sonoma Bespoke Millworks is a custom shop in the heart of wine country. We pair old-world craftsmanship with a precision CNC platform, so every cabinet is engineered to your dimensions, your hardware, and your finish — then cut, jointed, and assembled to tolerances most shops can't touch.
Whether it's a walnut kitchen, a weatherproof outdoor grill surround, or a hand-detailed carved mantel, we build it once and build it right.
What We Build
Kitchens, islands, vanities, libraries, and built-ins in premium hardwoods and veneers — designed to fit your space to the millimeter and finished to last a lifetime.
Grill surrounds, bar stations, and storage engineered for sun, rain, and temperature swings — built from weather-rated materials that won't warp, rot, or fade.
Our ShopSabre IS 408 cuts at ±0.001" repeatability with a 12-tool automatic changer — perfect joinery, complex curves, and identical parts, every single time.
Fully bespoke architectural carving — corbels, mantels, range hoods, signage, and decorative panels. CNC-roughed for accuracy, hand-finished for soul.

Our Story
Sonoma Bespoke Millworks was founded on a simple belief: custom cabinetry should be a partnership, not a purchase. We set up shop in Sonoma to be close to the people we build for — and invested in a ShopSabre IS 408 CNC so that precision is never the thing that holds a design back.
That machine gives us a 65 × 100" cut area, a 24,000 RPM automatic tool changer, and repeatability to a thousandth of an inch. What that means for you: cleaner joints, tighter reveals, and complex designs — curves, inlays, carved detail — that come out exactly as drawn. Then our hands take over for the finishing that machines can't do.
Work With UsQuestions, Answered
Truly custom. We don't work from fixed catalog sizes — every cabinet is designed and built to your exact dimensions, materials, hardware, and finish. If you can dream it and it can be built in wood, we can usually make it.
Indoor cabinetry uses premium hardwoods and veneers finished for interior life. Outdoor cabinetry is engineered for the elements — weather-rated materials and hardware that resist moisture, UV, and temperature swings so they won't warp, rot, or fade. We'll recommend the right build for where your cabinets will live.
Our ShopSabre IS 408 cuts every part to ±0.001" and repeats it perfectly across a whole run. That means tighter joinery, consistent reveals, and the ability to execute complex curves, inlays, and carved details accurately — design freedom that hand-cutting alone can't match. We still hand-finish every piece.
Yes. Beyond cabinetry we take on standalone architectural carving — corbels, mantels, range hoods, signage, and decorative panels. We CNC-rough the form for accuracy and hand-finish the details.
It depends on scope, materials, and our current schedule. After our first consult we'll give you a realistic timeline before you commit to anything. Most custom kitchens run several weeks from approved drawings to install.
Every project is priced to its design, wood species, finish, and complexity, so there's no flat price list. The consultation and estimate are free — reach out and we'll give you a transparent quote.
